Aligned Incentives was founded in 2019 by a team of six folks who had been in the gift card industry since 2015. We had all met at a regular meetup for frequent flyers in Austin, Texas and soon discovered we all worked with gift cards, too. We didn’t like the current options available for gift card reselling and set out to create a better way. With helpful guides, lots of community input, and deal alerts in real time to help users know what cards to buy, where, and how: we think we’ve created a system that is easy enough for anyone to get started in the business and robust enough to be useful even for industry veterans.
